Went for a rapid test today, I fell ill the day before and I was not feeling well, could barely move and function properly, when I arrived at Lancet they were too busy playing loud music and having a conversation to properly assist me. Firstly after greeting several times, I was only greeted and then whilst still sitting in one of the rooms assisting absolutely NO ONE I was the only patient present in the building where there were 3 staff members and continuing playing music, playing on the phone and having a conversation with a colleague, I was told to go outside and fill in a form, where no one was at their post or even trying to get up and assist from within the building. There was also no stationary to write with, I had to walk back into the building and ask, where it was clearly a problem to get up and help. After about 20 min I was only helped and tested, if the people were not more concerned with their personal needs, the process could've been a lot quicker. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The worst service I have ever recieved from a Lancet. Would not recommend! I was also told I would have my results within 2 hours, I have since then not recieved my results.

Abysmal service, 3 hours for a covid test for one of my staff members and there were perhaps 5 people in line. Absolutely ridiculous

Be prepared for very poor service. This branch has very low standards.

Disgusting service this weekend,two days no test results when patients life depends on it.Various telephonic enquiries still no results and staff dont know what tests to do even if it occurs on their form!
