Leach Toyota & Hino Kuruman

I purchased a vehicle from these guy and can honestly say I will never do business with them again. They are dishonest and do not follow through on their promises to fix issues after they've been raised.

Phone for a appointment. Get one 8 days later. Phone day before made appointment just to confirm everything is OK. No appointment??? After huge argument they give ok to bring fortuner. Told me i can get it 14h00. On way from neighbor town to fetch it they phone me ,coudent start it. Didn't start on service yet. Must explained again where immobilizer button is AGAIN Have to sit outside garage for 3 hours waiting for them to finish. Henk

Their service is good. It's just that they are always busy with their clients and their business as well.

The service here is terrible. And most of the time the staff does not appear to have any idea what's going on. From employees not being available because they are out quickly this happens way to often to employees that could not care about customer service in any way.

My Toyota broke down on the Botswana border and I can only rate the service and friendliness of Leach Toyota as exceptional. No problem was too much for JP and his team which included dropping me off on a 360km round trip and organizing for my car to be driven to Joburg. Thank you to JP and his awesome Toyota team.
