Mothibistad Traffic Department

Very very very bad . They state no public list will be used , but clearly they do use them. Was there at 4:30 no one was in front of the door . When it was time to open I was first in the row , but many people cane and claimed they where their first , they just went for a walk . Staff did nothing but blame me and some other people saying we are the problem … very poor service absolutely a no go.

Excellent service, the are very long however the staff is competent and on top of their game. Quick service

Poor service. Very very poor. I came at 14:00 but they opened the doors at 14:25 they were on lunch as per the security who saw us making a line but someone else arrived spoke softly to the security and could pass all of us and went in to be helped first. A week later I had to go again and than I got reffered to someone else but she said no go back to the previous lady to assist you. They did not want to help at all and all I wanted to do was register a vehicle.

Staff were helpful and queue was'nt even long

You have to stand in queues for hours before you get helped , while the towns population grew , the governments departments and infrastructure stayed the same and actually deteriorated.

Close early before 2pm and very slow service

Better not go to the loo. You'll have to pay for it. Talk about free government services . And it's deep in the industrial area where, unfortunately if you don't have a car, you will have to exercise a bit. Disappointed.

Service is poor very much poor

Office hours are till 15:30 but they stopped service at 12:30 so they could have long weekend. Given I had driven all the way from Johannesburg and had previously confirmed the hours before making the trip was shocking and costly for me.
