Super friendly staff that were knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt comfortable to only have a look around as I did not intend to buy anything initially but then ended up buying some beautiful goldfish and accessories. Very reasonably priced and my fish are doing great. Thanks Durban Pets & Aquarium you ladies and a gentlemen that I got assistance from that day all rock.

Excellent service! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Their prices are really reasonable. The pets you can see are well looked after and have fresh food and water in their cages. I definitely recommend this pet shop to everyone.
