Northdene Vet

It was my first visit to Northdene Vet, and i was so impressed. My kitty was so terrified, but once we walked in, she automatically calmed down. I could not believe how excellent they are. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are all absolute super stars. My ķitty was so calm when I fetched her. Thank you, Northdene vet, I will definitely recommend your friend kind service.

I have been patron of this excellent veterinary clinic for a number of years. Over the years they have taken excellent care and provided sound advice for my pets. I had the unfortunate experience of having lost two pets but was comforted by the due care and handling of my dearly departed pets. They handled both incidents in a dignified manner, I so appreciated those moments.

Dr Mostert is so amazing. He is jovial and yet so thorough. We took our cat Marley for his first round of vaccination. He put me and my pet at ease. The ladies at the reception are so wonderful, they too were so helpful and empathetic. Thank you to all. Will definitely return soon!

Northdene Veterinary Clinic is a very professional animal clinic. Dr Craig Mostert is a brilliant vet with patience and excellent interpersonal skills. He treated my skittish cat with the utmost respect and care. In addition to this, the ladies at the reception are wonderful. Im very impressed and would highly recommend Northdene Vet.

Dr Roux is amazing with our pets and rescue animals. Great advice and attention to us and pets. Reason for a 4 and not a 5 our one pet came in for blood work, all was good but then we were told gave to bring in again more blood to test for feline Aids, surely that should have all been done at the same time vs a 3rd consultation and catching of the rescue cat a third time. Can the hospital at the vet look into this as I am sure we not the only ones fustrated with this.. What is the solution, I am interested to see the feedback on this.

Front of house staff are amazing they love and treasure my Bailey qith such love. JACKIE has so much love for him that shes has exceptional service. Coming to the vet is a pleasurable experience each time.

I am always impressed by the love and care that goes into treating all of my furbabies at Northdean vet, Yesterday Bandit my cat went in for his neuter, he had Crytorchidism retained testes. Dr. K. McIver was amazing, the team updated me regularly on how Bandit was doing and even called this morning to check on him. Northdean vet has and alway will be our family vet.

Yesterday was such a hard day for me as I had to say good bye to my girl after 13 good years. The doctor who was there was fantastic, caring and so supportive. The ladies in reception were also great and so helpful. I had no shame breaking down in front of them, as I felt so comfortable. Thank you!
