Food is Awesome…not too happy with the customer service
I keep calling them to try and place an order but they never answer the phone. It has been happening for a while now
To whom this concerns. Staff need to be trained for LISTENING SKILLS, BADLY!!! I haven't been in this area too long but whenever I order from this place there is always a mess up with my order. I ask for coke with no ice, I get coke with ice. I ask for no pickles I get pickles. Today 20/03/22 15 : 46 :05. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, NO PICKLES, grand chicken spicy, 2 cokes no ice and 2 oreo Mc Flurry. I get pickles on my quarter pounder and 4 OREO MCFLURRY. The lady who was handling the drive through made me pay an extra R64. Owner. Your staff need to listen and I need some compensation.
The toilets are broken and filthy. The lady who assisted us, did not greet or acknowledge us. And she has no idea how the menu works.
Making their own times for knock off for walk in and order. The night before we ordered inside at 20:30 telling us they close at 21:00. Second night in a row being here seeing the drive thru is busy . Going inside at 20:45 telling us the person working the till already knocked off at 20:00.
The service for walk-ins are not good. There is only one person assisting and she does not seem well trained as she could not answer questions about the menu, she also got a simple order wrong, twice. The music playing inside are too loud and we had to shout our orders to the cashier.
I have no words for how rude some of the staff is, people need to learn how to communicate with customers, l don't care if you think l am wrong but what l know is common courtesy will get you a lot further than trying to raise your voice. We have no respect for people who try to intimidate us using their position. I was utterly disappointed at how the management handled the situation when their drive through system had complications on the 29th of September 2018.
Good food but slow service for walk-in customers. Rather take your car you will out mucn faster. Got my order wrong as well, choose if deperate for the plastic patty!
Not at all an experience I would like to have again. Some of the staff members I had the pleasure sarcasm of interacting with were rude beyond measure and didn't know the specials of the app. Finally got hold of a manager who was courteous and we'll mannered. He also didn't know how the whole app thing worked but he made a point of figuring it out. Food was ok too.
Went there last night. The lady preparing my food wasn't wearing a face mask. When I asked her why she wasn't wearing her mask, she looked at me dead in the eyes and said "I don't want to". When I asked to see her manager, she came with 3 of her colleagues, and they joined in defending her actions. I so disappointed and disgusted. I asked for my money back and left.
