The service was very so poor.we had to clean the table which was left by othors dirty and waited long to get the food because apparently the waitress .the food was good .Food: 4/5
What a complete disgrace to the Wimpy name! This franchise does not deserve to even be in business anymore! The manager is completely helpless and hopeless blaming his staff for the absolute chaos and disastrous food and service! He was disengaged and tried to duck and dive! A definite do not go here if you expect Wimpy quality! You will be served horrible mealie cookies instead of hashbrowns with some lame excuse and wait for more than an hour! Some milkshake flavours not available! Dirty cutlery! Don't visit!

Not worth it ...managers shout at staff to such an extend that customers feel anxious. I explained to Maryke and she agreed but siad that is her Dads management style. I really feel so sad for their staff.
Up to standard upon my visit, staff were friendly and eager to help, everything I ordered was hot and fresh and tasted great, will definitely continue to support
They refuse to serve their cappuccino with fresh cream that had no sugar! Not very friendly and helpful staff!
I've been to wimpy a few times and every time it's been unpleasant. I visited Wimpy Lephalale recently. There was an incident where one of the waiter staff slipped and fell while carrying a load of dishes, none of the manager staff stopped to help her, only when the one manager sitting in the corner bench by the door, on his phone, orders another person to help the poor lady up. The male manager was also busy fighting with staff from Game that they're music was too loud and ordering the young GAME staff up and down which was unprofessional to say the least. We weren't greeted at all, it's my partners first time in Wimpy Lephalale and for being there just for 15 minutes he will definitely never return there. The manager or managers are very rude as I've heard countless remarks from various sources.
I wish i could give more then 5 Stars!!! Thanks to the entire team at Wimpy Lephalale for amazing service and wonderful food, especially the coffee and Farmhouse breakfast!!! You will definitely see me when I'm in town again. Maybe Sunday before we leave :- I have to admit I was not expecting mush when I read the reviews, I can say they were wrong. Thanks once again for the wonderful experience
I think the owner and his team is extremely rude - even if it was a "off" day for him, he must learn how to speak to his customers.... especially that they were visitors - and could not even apologise - and then, we went for breakfast, the lady brought the menu's and we ordered our coffee first, she took the menu's with her and never even bother to ask if we wanted anything to eat... So regardless to say, we just had our coffee I still had the decency to leave my 10% tip and we had the most divine breakfast elsewhere...
The food was completely tasteless ,no salt we had to pepper the whole platter. Things were out of stock and the garnishes on the platter were just ...not good. In between waiters changing it's just was a bad cold service
