We are new to Harrison n I'm trying to find a good doctor for my disabled sister who has seizures...i tried Dr Watson n she didn't keep her word for helping so I made an appointment with these ppl.. explained to them the importance of this visit...my sister is out of her seizure meds! Specificly made an appointment yesterday n STILL NO MEDS I am so disappointed
Well, I was told today to find another Doctor. 25 years they were our family doctor! Canceled my refills of Gabapentin not a controled med.No warning till I was told by my pharmacy. 2 weeks to see another Doctor if they will take me. As a cancer survivor I didn't want a chest xray. . Now the stress may kill me.Suffering with shingles pain and no meds . Stress makes more pain. I guess many complain about too many xray just for the $. Doctor was offended and canceled my health care. Concern and sympathy take a back seat to pride and bottom line.. Heathcare gets lost in the mix.
Don't choose this clinic if your poor. I was kicked out of the clinic today cause I couldn't buy a mask from them. You can't require something and then try to make a profit off sick people. I have been fighting cancer for 10 years and spend 100s of dollars driving to little Rock weekly for treatments so I didn't have money to buy a mask. Instead of being a doctor and worrying about their patients health they chose money. And it's sad cause I liked Mary seawright she was a great APRN and had great bedside manner.
Used to be great place . Won’t last long if the Dr continues to make false accusations against people and kicks people out of his office without listening to the purpose for the visit and only say they are lying . The Dr actually said your fired really you how much more of jerk could you be . Been with this office for years my whole family But now that Dr Tom is gone it is not a place I would recommend to anyone
They will not give you pain meds. They will not give referrals to a chiropractor. They WILL charge you $20 if your insurance company requires a Prior Authorization on your meds. They WILL be "ON IT" when you call and need them to call the insurance company! They take Medicaid. The ladies who work in the back in the scrubs are nice. Office lady’s don’t even greet you. Fred Fredlund, APRN is taking good care of me other than that. I had to bug em a few times but he is on it now. Helpful, professional, and a good bed side manor. It took me a minute to warm up to him. Mary’s pretty cool and takes the time to explain things and answer questions in layman’s terms, Don’t remember if I’ve met dr Leslie. They always get me in pretty quick. Average wait time.
By Far the worst Dr. Office i have ever been to. The Dr. Mr.Leslie is terrible at his job and should retire. Dr. Like him shouldn't be allowed to be a doctor. The wait time ridiculous. Been having breathing problems and tells me I'm fine to go home after reviewing a mass in my lung.
Check your visit reports. They place items stating they did something they didn't, and they do not document your complaints. Per Dr. Leslie, they do not follow up on referrals, leaving the patient without adequate care. Poor and negligent care.
I was dropped 2 weeks after I was diagnosed with breast cancer because I left after waiting an hour in waiting room and 2 hours in the actual office. The nurse practitioner was rude, hateful and basically told me I deserved cancer.
The doctors and nurses are wonderful and caring. All the office workers are kind, polite and helpful!
Very caring dr an doesn't give out pain meds used other methods not harmful to patients
