It was hard to find the place, receptionists were helpful but were snippy. Even when i went to pay she prioritized her phone more than trying to facilitate a proper send off with good customer service. The saving grace was the lash technician we had she was do polite ,was patient with us as first timers and had the most softest touch which was truly appreciated.she even got us both done in due time as we were late from trying to find the place.
