15days post purchase, no feedback and the wig has not been delivered. Very poor customer service. Fast forward. The wig was finally delivered after 27days. It is a beautiful wig. The store needs to improve on communication otherwise their hair is good.

Dishonest, disrespectful, lack of communication, bad service. I still have not received my order more than two weeks later. Second time this happens. I ordered two wigs one arrived the other didn’t. I messaged Buhle and she acted “surprised” that the other wig didn’t arrive. I had to keep asking for the other wig, was told it would be delivered, two days later no wig. She doesn’t respond to my messages nor does she pick up my calls. Buhle sells great hair but the trouble is not worth it. Maybe she treats other customers better but I’ve had the worst experience from her. Never again!

Ordered a Bob wig in March still not received 30 days later. They cancelled the courier deliver without notification . Emailed asking for a refund no responses worst customer service ever. Over and above that they don't even bother to answer their cellphone number on their page.

Excellent quality, excellent service. Just had to ask for an addition to the wig and everything was organized and completed professionally and timely. Satisfied with everything. Thank you UH ladies Buhle and Landi!

I am absolutely impressed with the quality of the wig. The service was just as great as well with a very friendly receptionist who kept me updated on my order. Delivery came just as expected with no delays. Definitely worth it. I am very happy and I recommend it.

Almost month later I still haven't received the wig, they don't bother to communicate at all and they don't answer their phone. I just want a refund at this point however they don't even respond.
