Rencia is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate us in customizing a gluten and dairy free recipe for our wedding cake. The result was the most beautiful and delicious cake! Our guests and family loved it - just one day after the wedding there was no cake left over! I would do it all over again for another piece of that cake!!
