Life Robinson you should be ashamed of your pediatric ward! Second time my daughter is admitted here and I am disgusted. The nurses have no manners or empathy. We are shoved into tiny rooms, packed to the brim. I literally don't have room to put my feet on the floor next to my couch/bed. I do not recommend.
Slept there for four days, received excellent service, quality food, comfortability awarded, positive attitude, energy, love shown from the staff, nurses and sisters. Most friendliest nurse Jam Jam, I appreciate your great services. Highly recommend Life Robinson Hospital.

Good day, my mother, Martha Julius has been admitted at Robinson Hospital on the 12 March 2022,been in ICU for 56 days. She is very sick, but I would like to take time to thank the hospital and all staff from the cleaning staff to the doctors for everything they do for her. There is so many people I cannot mention names, especially the staff at ICU. The fact that they love her and treat her with so much love and respect. You know people love when you can see the hurt and pain in their face, the fondness of the way they talk about her. Then we must also not to mention that she is a stubborn grannybut the way they understand her. We always say to her when she must go to the hospital she is going home or vacation because it's a place where we as a family know she goes to people that loves her just as much as we love her. Then to Dr Thomas, I don't even have words to thank him for going more than the extra mile to try his utmost best to get her better. Thank you so much Dr Ojang and Dr Joubert has played just as much a great role in her recovery, thank you so much. I know there is not one person that doesn't know her, thank you so much. Please convey my appreciation to everyone. My rating 100000%. I phone every day for update and never was one of the staff rude or impatient, even if I know conddition is the same. Dr Thomas gives me updates in such a plain langauge that we understand, he also answer all my questions ans always deliver. More doctors and staff like him gives us as family comfort. I will always recommend Robinsin Hospital to anyone because I know everybody there is not going to do there work but the do it was so much passion. There was a time when she was very sick and when you see staff with tears in there eyes makes you as her daughter feel our pain is carried with people that loves her. Thank you so much, still has a long journey ahead but irrespective the outcome we will always be greatfuleven the matrons of all wards knows her and she is there friend. How will I ever thank you enough, wish I had a platform where I can take this to the newspapers.
My mom was admitted in this this hospital and was there for 14 days. She inly came out a week ago. I only have good experience of this hospital. She brought in at casualties an in both medical ward and ICU and the medical staff was excellent. The ony bad experience she had was the Covid ward she had to be in while waiting for her Covid results. For the rest I would like to say thank you. It's a hospital with staff to be proud of
I had a wonderful birthing experience at the maternity ward. Each and every one of the staff was very nice and friendly. Although labour in itself is very hard, the staff made the whole three days bearable and worth it. Sister Nomsa, who was on night shift and helped deliver my baby, was very very patient with me from the beginning until I brought my baby into this world. She was so kind and held me through out the whole process. I cannot thank her enough. Dr Phofa! Wow! A five star Dr! from the beginning of my pregnancy until I delivered my child. May God bless him increasingly. And all the nurses with warm smiles, the cleaners who were so kind and also the ladies that brought me food and made me laugh my pain away. This hospital gave me a really amazing experience. Thank you and keep it up. Oh and the cleanliness of the ward and it's rooms! Beautiful!
Randfontein Life Robinson neo-natal service on the 29th of April was horrible. A nurse with dreadlocks has such a horrible attitude that I want to discharge my son immediately. I am not given the opportunity to question the prescribed treatment to my son and I have to wait for 3 hours for a drip to be fixed whilst my son is complaining about pain. The said nurse comes and looks at the drip and says she doesn't understand what the issue is. In the meantime my son is in pain. Shame on you!!!! Medication is shoved down my son's throat whilst other children are given the opportunity to swallow. That you for treating my son like an animal!
Waiting forever at casualties to see doctor and get xray taken. Two hours already. Not impressed. If someone just tell you what is going on and how long you should wait, it wont be so bad, i guess.
The supa care cleaners needs to step up the kids ward I had to ask for her to move the bed coz the dust that was there they just wipe where we walking don't get cleaned,n where kids play bathong can as u read go look how dirty those kids table are outside The 550 late call out fee for xray shouldn't be charged I come in the hospital hourly before I did my xrays I mean can't they check my time of arrival was within the hours not sure why it's called late because the hospital it's 24 hours meaning that person is scheduled to work that shift . I my two kids got attempted I suggest going forward we can get both lunch n dinner since each caregiver who is with the child is given just lunch or if so get 2 lunchs after all I have 2 kids attempted. Those ladies in the kitchen must stop reminding us that the hospital giving us lunch is a favor,even giving us wrong order then saying iyoo it's just a favor the hospital is giving u food they don't even check the plate if ur done lol one even told me after 2 hours they need to collect so I guess I was supposed to hurry up n finish feeding my 2 kids n the other one was sleeping n ate as Well I that 2 hours. While I was looking after the kids I thought I need to see the Doctor myself I wasn't feeling well ,it's was Sunday so pharmacy was close .Monday when I was looking for my brown envelope with my script xray screen it was not on the couch I couldn't buy my med so who needs to pay for another script me ? Iyoo and the beds need to be done daily without you asking iyoo they look so annoyed when u ask.
I currently having a bad experience with life Robinson Hospital, my dad is being hospitalized for 10 days as from today,every time I have to call and check on my father's medical condition at both ICU and medical ward,both the nurse Anna moahloli at medical ward they're clueless and very unprofessional, the physician dr mahesh Naidu can't even give me a clear report on my father's condition. Poor service indeed ver poor.
