Unfortunately I was here a few times in the last couple of months, but the service at the emergency unit was excellent and you can also be analysed for free. The service while I was booked in was also great and the food was very good. I like the way that you can choose of the menu and if you arrive to late and didn't eat the order you food. Recently the are renovating as well so I expect the quality of the hospital to improve.

They attended to me at my house today, this was the first time a I had to let an ambulance come. What an awesome experiece. All the personell was extremely professional and helpful. The paramedic stayed with me in hospital to makes sure thar I am fine. It was like in the movies!!! Well done Life Med. You have changed my mind regarding EMS in SA. You are Blessed!!

Due to the control rooms insistence that my elderly stage 4 cancer mother must be taken to the nearest hospital to be stabilised instead of the oncology hospital the call of just after 17h00 got to the correct place only after 19h00. The nearest hospital insisted they dont have the necessary pallative care she needed. Although the nursing home have an excellent track record with Lifemed the reaction of tonights ambulance was dissapointing to say the least.
