The casualty/ED is fantastic! Having lived in Pretoria all my life I have been to various casualty departments and never has the experience been as positive as it was with my 9 year old son recently. Dr Boqo is an absolutely angel and I will recommend her to anyone. Thank you to her entire team!
My daugter was operated in December 2022 and received excellent care. My grandmother spent her last days on earth there this past week. ICU personnel were so caring, calm and attentive. Even cleaners comforted me when I was upset.
My mother in law had an op and had to stay for 2 nights. She was not assisted in any way. Her wounds were not even checked during this time. The times they did help, they were very rude. Don't ever go to this hospital.

I am a regular customer..... Day staff mostly friendly and helpfull but i cant say the same for about 80% of the night staff. But yet i know them by now and Moot still stay 1 of my favourite hospitals. Can give more coffie though...
What a brilliant Hospital, all the staff are extremely friendly and nice, the doctors are kind and are willing to listen yo you're problems. In a emergency I would definitely recommend this hospital

Ac only works ground floorfor admission and management. Can’t open the windows with six people in the room. They run out of medication and patients seep on the ground under the carports outside at night. Netcare will bill for the full service though even though they not even giving you the medication you have to pay them for. Sure that’s fraud too… So if you want to have barbaric treatment have to take own cooler or fan take your own medicationthat you will be billed for then trust in a nedcare hospital.
Best hospital, friendly and professional / helpful staff. From the reception to the nurse to the kitchen staff every person is exceptional at their job. I've been a frequent patient since 2012. Some of the best Doctors in South Africa. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.
