Staff in maternity ward did not fetch mommy and baby to bath despite endless requests. Baby second day bath supposed demonstrate. Not done. Dr dempers was excellent. But would not recommend Femina.
Everyone at Femina was accommodating, kind and sweet literally everyone the nurses the cleaners everyone!!! I had an induced labour and all 3 of the nurses that helped me were just amazing all the ladies at the maternity ward were also just awesome really. Not to forget the food I was always told that hospital food is the worst but wow femina begs to differ, the rooms are also always cleab and neat I thought id share a room with someone but i was alone throughout and thats a bonus, if your ever looking fir a hospital Femina is definitely the place to go to
On the 11th of August at 15h00 I went to Femina Hospital for inducement at Labour ward. I wasn't scared but I kept questioning my self as to we will be safe. I forgot the names of the sisters who were working day shift. They were so helpful and helped me through out the end of their shift then I was not happy with night shift Crew and my partner can attest to that . It's was a long night with my partner on my side then on the 12th of August 2022, At 06:35 I started having pains like period pains on my abdominal then at 07:30 my partner said he is leaving and I was so scared hey to be alone. After he left the pains were getting worse and At 08:25 I called my partner I told him I'm about to push he said he just got home , urll can continue I'm coming back. At 08:45 I met baby Kago she was 3,302 km, length 50 and COH 32 cm. May God bless my Gynae DR Ndjapa Sister Jacqui obviously she didn't mind me grabbing her and when I told her the baby is coming she immediately checked me and hold my hand and told everything is gonna be okay , I must just listen to them. Nurse Lerato this lady was the best couch , may God bless you my sister you are destined for great things. When I removed the stitch at 37 weeks , the same team that helped me give birth they also removed my stitch. So basically they knew exactly what to do. DR Ndjapa is not after money but he really respect and cares for his patience. Femina's best maternity ward team . At Maternity ward there was sister Gugu or Dudu thank you for making sure I take my meds and my daughter was always clean Due Date: 06/08/2022 Born:12/08/2022
There is alot I could complain about but would like to complement instead. My baby was admitted to the peads ward and we were there for four days. Nurse Nosipho, Nurse Nikiwe and Nurse Sesi. You ladies were amazing. The level of professionalism, respect and compassion. You deserve to be celebrated, you bring honour to your profession. I can not thank you enough. Keep up the good work.

great service and excellent staff
Big ups to Sr Lerato, working at Labour ward night duty 05/06/22. Dear manager she deserve to get 5/5 for all KPI score. You are an awesome and intelligent nurse, your level of care, empathy and knowledge is amazing. Keep up Sr Lerato.
I had the most positive birth experience and stay afterwards at Femina! From a planned natural birth that turned out to be an emergency c-section, everyone was very calm and made the best choices for my baby and I. The nurses were my crutch and never batted an eye when I felt like I was asking silly questions. The food is also delicious and nutritious!
