The staff here is so rude. My friend needed to be rushed to the hospital in the morning and when we got here I was the one who had to open a file for her. When I was opening the file, the lady was so mean to me, didn't explain what it was I needed to do and fill in. She had so much attitude towards me. Then when I had to be taken to my friend, I went to this lady and greeted her. The lady literally kept quiet and then when a nurse arrived and tried to help, she snatched the file from her and now gave me assistance. The attitude here is disgusting. I don't understand why they treat people they way they do. The disrespect here is unmatched honestly.
I was admitted via Emergencies and the Hospital & staff are absolutely amazing, it's a clean & comfortable hospital & patients are attended to almost Immediately by medical staff. But I want to thank the Ambulance personnel of Net are, right through the security, tea lady, cleaning staff and doctors, nurses and sisters as well. Thswane Hospital, you make a difference to the ill or injured, well done!!!
Waiting forever for a doctor while my wife struggles to breath, not happy. Anybody with an anxious feeling of not being able to breath will feel helpless and need reassurance that everything will be ok. Sitting waiting and listening to them chatting away does not help and telling a patient that she will have to leave if she gets more aggrevated is not the right answer, shame on you, I will never tell anybody to go there. Help her, do not tell someone to leave if she feels that the next breath might be her rinal. No understanding, NONE. Thanks for the service at Registrations, we got some reassurance from him. I am pretty sure lockdown is finished, why cant I be with my wife to find out whays wrong?
Thank you to the Doctor's and nursing staff at Tswane district hospital. Thank you for treating my husband with such care and kindness. Well done to each person who works there for doing an amazing job with all the difficulty thrown at you.
Went to tswane ER, those nursing staff is run off their feet. They have to cover so many bases, and every person that is there, is unwell, staff really do their utmost best. system. Is very slow it takes 60 mins just to get your file if u are lucky, staff can't work on u no matter how sick u are. Sit in the corridor and wait for beds as well as Dr s to help. Still their nature is very friendly and they really are attent to the person that they are dealing with.
Went for to remove my 2nd molar last week Friday, the extraction was quick. I only experienced mild pain and it never got to the point of me taking any pain meds. I highly recommend them
DO NOT allow your family or friends to attend this hospital if they are struggling with any mental illness. My mother in law got admitted and when we came the next day she was covered in scratches and serious bruises and somehow absolutely no one knows what happened and she was in no state to know what happened either. No one took accountability or responsibility. So under their supervision, patients are allowed to be abused and injured and they treat it like it's nothing.
Was there yesterday....what a lovely surpise we've got. The hospital was soooooo clean and the staff very helpfull and friendly. If every state base hospital looks like that I would'nt mind to go to a state hospital....full marks for you guys.

I would say from nurses to doctors they all are so amazing and caring,Weather its day shift or night shift.We are treated well.The maternity ward is with so much of love to their patients.Thank you guys we appreciate you.i Would say you guys deserve a ,five star
