The white lady who answers the phone when you callreceptionist I assume has zero telephone etiquette. She needs to be trained how to speak with people. I called the first time and she said she doesn't hear me then hanged up the phone in my ear. Called the second time and she shouted saying "how do you expect me to assist you when you don't speak loud". She can't be treating the public like they are patients already, that's very rude and unprofessional of  her. I would give her a negative rating if it was possible  sies mahn  I her

You go to them PLEADING for help,  they treat you like trash, and even after you tell them that you are suicidal, they STILL turn you away,  and the person supposed to be doing your paperwork, goes on leave and leaves you hanging,  KNOWING that 1 peice of paper could help you and mabey even save your life!!!! Trash!!

Received both my Pfizer vaccinations at  Weskoppies and I would like to thank the hospital for the excellent service I received from ALL the staff . . from the gate to the end of the process, everybody was extremely helpful and friendly; I also need to mention the very good service and friendliness I received from Sr Mabaso and her assistant! Thank you very much and all the best for the future . . so happy I chose your hospital to have my vaccination done!

There is a woman called Mpho,  she is a social worker at this place.....by far she's one of the most incompetent and disrespectful people I've ever met and there is a whole list of them. This people do not help anybody. They don't care! They tear down families and destroy people's lives. The system and those who work within the system have failed us but we will not give up.

5 stars to Weskoppies doctors, nurses, social workers security personnel etc. They are professional, highly skilled and respectful in what must be a very difficult job. Well done !

Received both vacination shots at Weskoppies, well received, well organised, well done to all the staff involved .

Just stay away, they don't help at all, infact they increase your mental illnesses and honestly have a "don't care" attitude towards their patients, its disgusting.

Worst service. Cherie that answers the phone is rude. No feedback from the hospital or social worker. Nobody available.  No contact with any family member and no care attitude.

The website indicate they are open 24hours but when you dial the number no one pics up the phone

Worst service ever the receptionist i spoke to was so rude i ended cutting the call because of her attitude.
