was a very bad experience, first the driver was late. Than the booking was wrong. After 20 min headoffice calls me and was incredibly unfazed. It was their fault but the woman from head office was so unflappable with me that it sounds like it was my fault. Just because we are students/young people doesn't mean she can walk all over us like that. again-was late, got my booking wrong and the woman from head office was very rude. I will never use lime time again
Received phone calls from 5:10am, with a very rude woman basically ORDERING me that I should already be on my way to the bus stop - when the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 5:50am. On the way I received two more rude calls. I was on time!! I've had this same rude call experience on a previous trip as well. Luckily I didn't book my return trip with this company as well. This is my last trip with you.
I had the worst experience ever . And mind this was not my first time using their services. My past experience were good but this one is just terrible. The driver was completely rude and disrespectful , I called the office to report what happened and they were rude as well. If you're a person of colour I would strongly advise you STAY AWAY !! Your colour definitely plays a role.
What began as a horrible experience turned into a positive one. My 13 year old son was travelling from Cape Town to visit me in White River during the 2022 Chrismas holiday for the first time I recently relocated to this side 2 months before he came to visit. He flew from CPT to JHB and in JHB he took a Lime Time shuttle to White River it left JHB at about 1pm so he arrived in the evening approx 6h30 or 7pm. The shuttle driver dropped my son off in Nelspruit instead of White River at night and his phone had died. I waited at the Caltex in White River for about 2 hours before I thought to try look for him in Nelspruit I had been calling Lime Time the whole time but they do not answer calls after 7pm. It was raining and finding transport to Nelspruit at 9pm was difficult but we managed and we found him at the garage at Sonpark in Nelspruit. I complained about this and they took quite some time to attend to my issue because of the holidays but a nice lady called me back eventually, gave me a full refund on my puchase and offered him a free return trip back to the airport once the holidays are over, she explained that the driver was wrong and they would deal with him internally. They did start off on a terrible note to be honest but because there was a nice lady who understood what customer service is about and showed empathy, she helped restore my trust with the service and I am definately going to use them again.
They forgot to add a traveler to the list leaving us at a garage waiting. When we phoned them the one lady was very apologetic admitting they made a mistake and never added him to the list and then a second lady phone me informing me there is an accident ant the highway and that is why they are late. Lying seems to be their way of doing business.
Everyday we shuffle logo.... True to their logo. Drove yesterday from Nelspruit swopped vehicle for Centurion destination. Saw this shuffle..... Rustenburg.... Lanseria.... V. D. Byl...... Vereeniging..... Nelspruit.... Great job to all these super friendly drivers.
My son was booked on a bus service from JHB to Nelspruit which was due to arrive in Nelspruit at 19.20. Instead of stopping in Nelspruit, the bus went to White River first. This despite already being late for the 19.20 drop off in Nelspruit. My teenage son is travelling alone on the bus. I have communicated via whatsapp with Limetime and they do not even grace me with a response. If I entrust you with my son, I expect you to communicate changes in the itinerary. Instead you ignore my communication! Never again! I will revert to using Citybug in future. Update - I spoke to the office. The driver decided, of his own accord to adjust the route without permission! Hopefully the necessary disciplinary action is taken against thus individual!
When limetime gives a time of arrival it’s expected that they meet that time ! Drivers taking their time with smoke breaks and chatting to other drivers at stops and then arriving at the destination late is unprofessional! Honestly, I planned my day around a specific time of arrival and being late is ridiculous!
