I have been to therapy before, but I have to say that this was the first time I was assisted in healing, all the while I had been just taught how to cope, but with Lindelwa, I really really healed. She's an impeccable therapist, she embodies such grace and never-ending kindness. The atmosphere is so warm and filled with love from the moment you meet with Thobeka the administrator all the way to Lindelwa. This practice has been nothing but a blessing in my life.

I was treated with respect and handled with care. Dr. Mkize's approach allowed me time to make my own decisions on how to go about the therapy. Really helpful and caring. Definitely a recommendation from me.

Lynze helped change my life. More than a psychologist, she is a healer. She helped me through life-long trauma and showed me how to always become unstuck whenever I feel like I am becoming complacent. She educated me into discovering who I am and accepting all of myself -while being unapologetic about it. If there was ever a human being who cared about others ahead of herself....this woman is she! If I could give 10 stars I would!
