Friendly helpfull staff. Went out of their way to deliver on time. Did not have all the extras I wanted on my new motorcycle though.

They helped my hubby with a punctured bike tire at closing time. We are grateful that they cared enough to help book the bike in even though it is a Triumph

Good service but have been in there where nobody acknowledged my presence, that's why they don't get 5 stars. Nice water toys and kit and well priced. Just the place for my watersport equipment upgrades.

Went to parts.....waited for service while one sales guys were just showing off talking the other tapping away on his keyboard, he looked up then ignored me. Both knew I was there but zero effort to acknowledge my presence. I walked out minutes

Don't keep stock of parts which are seriously overpriced in any case. Definitely the wrong agents for a quality brand like Yamaha.

Very very bad service... Trying to get a quote since 09h00 this morning... First I phone, can't speak to someone in spares dept, they are busy... Please phone again in 10 min... Phoned again, still to busy to talk to me... I requested an email address so that I can email them to give me a quote....email does not exist... Phone again, still can't speak to someone to get a quote.... Bad bad service
