Out of all the places I have attended, these owners were by far the worst hosts I could ever come across. If you are of color race being anything else but white and you plan on having your celebration at this guest house DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They do not adhere to the agreements THEY made up. To top it off, toilets were not working. Disgusting to say the least.

What a fabulous experience! The hosts were so thoughtfull and friendly. We were thoughrouly briefed on arrival and the rooms were perfecly fresh and clean. The staff was professional and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. I will definately visit again soon!

So we hosted my husband's 30th birthday party at this venue we basically booked out the entire guesthouse. When viewing this venue it was said that we are allowed to party and play music up until 11pm after this time we need to put the music softer as there is neighbors we understood and could still socialise as there would be no other guest besides us. I think from our side we were quite clear of the type of party we were intending of having and we were told that it will not be a problem. The day started off good except for them not wanting to heat our food it was understandable as we did our own catering. We hired a dj for the day at 7.30pm we were told that we need to lower the music as it was to loud which we did. At 9pm the lady came back down and switch on the lights and basically brought the party to a stand still, told all our guest that they are laughing to loud and speaking loud we should turn it down how embarrassing anyways at this point the DJ played 2 more songs n the packed up. We then went to sit outside to continue to just chill and socialise which I asked if it's okay I was told it's not a problem. At 12pm the owners called zone watch on us really now . We then continue to talk for a short while the owners can back down and started switching off the lights and began shout we should go to bed lol like we were a bunch of kids. Ofcoz then we starting to speak up and told them they were wrong then we were told no they going to call police now and they will lock us up. I was very disappointed after spending so much money. My husbands party was totally ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone who intends to have a awesome birthday party. I really hope these owners learns to not lie to the people when they wanted to host parties or events.

This was definitely an experience but not in a good way. I attended a friend's 30th birthday party this passed weekend at the venue, a beautiful structure, however the people running the guest house are cold, disrespectful and inconsiderate. The three people two ladies and one male running the guest house were completely disrespectful, I felt disrespected as the guest and I'm pretty sure the birthday hosts felt the same. The miscommunication from the owners to the hosts was next level. We as guests had to shut down the party at 12pm, midnightlights off and sent to our rooms, only because the older lady wanted to go sleep!! We were treated like 18 year olds breaking down the property, instead of sophisticated and mature adults wanting to celebrate a friend's birthday in a safe environment where there was enough accommodation for the guests. I am completely traumatized that as young adults were we left to keep our cool, whilst the three owners shouted at us and lost their plot. I honestly would not recommend staying there or even renting out the space for events. To the owners, I suggest you take a course in business management, because the interactions of people and the interests they have in your product is the foundation to your business. Disrespecting your clientele will only set a crack in your foundation.

Top notch!! Best in the West. Could easily be mistaken for hotel accommodation. Don't wanna stay anywhere else in Cape Town. Thank you for your great service Isabelle and how you always manage to accommodate our special needs and demands! Best wishes from Cristal & family.Rooms: 5/5

Weird, very weird. Staff is friendly. Looks like they tried to renovate the room, but never cleaned behind the bed after hanging some pictures. Wall has been patches up with Pollyfilla but never painted again. Weird smell in the hallways. Some doors look like they have been eaten by a dog or rat... Only OpenView available, no DStv. Coffee station was available downstairs, but no milk. There is also no chef on my time here, breakfast was ok, even though everything smelled like fish.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, very disrespectful towards guests. Carpets had a weird smell as well and very stuffy. Once they gott their money they didnt care about anything else after

What a disappointing experience at this venue. Would not recommend to anyone! Unfriendly hosts who has no way of speaking to others and not accommodating at all. No delivery on any agreements made.
