I placed an order on 6 March. They called me days later saying they did not have the items. We agreed to delay delivery by a week because they would get delivery soon. I agreed after a week they didn’t get back to me. I called they didn’t get the stock but then they said they found stock and it would be sent. I received a delivery last week 23 March and immediately informed them my items were missing. Till now, I still haven’t received part of my order or a refund on the remaining items of my order. I understand that the courier has lost part of my package. Maximed is aware I haven’t received my items, they haven’t replaced or refunded me yet. They first needed to contact courier etc. The problem I have I need to continuously follow up with them when they promise some type of feedback. Terribly unhappy with the customer service given by the online lady who continuously says she will give feedback and just doesn’t get back to me. I have wasted so much time and money on calls trying to get my matter resolved. I have been given an I am sorry but no prompt action making me feel like I am being unreasonable with asking when the matter is being resolved. It’s the 30 March I have no items and no refund yet, I must wait till the owner has time to get to refunding me.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Placed a very simple order for my multi-vitamins on 2 April. They guarantee delivery within 3-5 business days. I had to follow up on 17 April asking where my order is as I had not heard a peep from anyone at the company. I received a WhatsApp message the following day, April 18th telling me they've run out of stock and they're "trying to get". Being the patient and understanding person I am, I thank them for letting me know and continue to wait. Monday, April 24th, haven't heard a word so I follow up again. They respond saying please send us your banking details so they can process a refund and I do so. Again radio silence. I follow up again on 4 May asking when will I receive my refund. Again on May 8, I follow up as to when I'll receive my refund. They respond saying I'll receive it by the end of the day. On this very same day, they then phone me out of the blue saying they have stock of the 30 capsules and they'll just send me the 30 capsules instead of the out of stock 60 capsules equal to the amount I purchased at no extra charge how gracious of them. I so desperately wanted my multi-vitamins so I stupidly agreed. On May 9 I reach out to ask when I'll be receiving a tracking number for the delivery so I can ensure I'm ready for when it arrives. By "the end of the day" they respond. The end of the day comes and goes, nothing. I follow up again on Wednesday, 10 May. Nothing. I receive a response on Thursday, saying, they've now run out of stock of the 30 capsules too and they're going to "process a refund". At this point I'm just blown away by the sheer "we don't give a F***" attitude they have toward their customers. The shocking level of communication. the numerous amount of broken promises is just astounding. It's now May 15, more than a month and a half later and I'm still no closer to receiving my order or my refund. Don't be fooled by their slightly lower prices, it's not worth the sheer amount of frustration and hassle you're about to endure. Avoid like the plague.
