"Our CrossFit classes are performed in a group of 10 to 25 people. It is an hour-long session, consisting of a warm-up, skill or strength progression and ended with a high-intensity workout. The classes are led by CrossFit L1 coaches and will give you individual attention within the group. Workouts changes daily and will never be repeated.We help you reach your fitness goal, whether it is appearance orientated or performance driven."
