If you want your membership cancelled at law for all they will assist you immediately but when you need legal advice they are nowhere. It's unfair to still pay for another month of no service received.I'm a platinum plus member and a gold member  my TFG accountby you people and you can't even assist me with a question. I have to wait 24 hours to be assisted but I just need advice. Cancellation is due

Tried the service two times when I needed it. Absolutely useless, I got the feeling the people assisting you never actually studied law and also just looking up certain topics in the internet. The assistance they give me, could have been easily given by myself.  My advise to everyone, if you need law assistance, go to a proper lawyer!

Best law firm that ever existed.Just one call and they are there until your case is solved.

I've been a member of LIPCO/Law for All since 1996, initially it went quite well, not that I had a lot of consultations with them but previously my case was resolved in a matter of days. Currently I've consulted with these telephonic consultants of them for more than 2 years and still no solution to my problem. Initially I had a consultant who requested all documentation required to proceed with litigation, this person apparently resigned now I have Xolile working on my case and she is requesting the same documentation I already forward to the previous consultant. I receive phone calls and if I do not respond, I receive an email stating that they've been STRUGGLING to get hold of me and all conditions are explained. The other day I receive a call again while being busy with another call on landline and saw on truecaller it was Law for All, it were'nt even 30sec I called back she was busy with a client but will call me back, until this moment no response. I gave the consultant contact numbers to obtain the document she required when I visited the office she claimed she cannot get hold of the guy. In front of her I used my own cellphone and call the person in question and he answered, I gave the phone to her to speak to the person, still nothing has happened or any feedback via sms/email/whats app. I'm just wondering is something really gonna happen to my case? Did Law for All saddle up a horse they can't ride? Or is the litigation process to expensive to proceed with?
