I called Live Wire as my fencing was malfunctioning, The technicians it was the energizer that was faulty. The team came out the same day, gave me the option and quote for a new one or for a repair, I opted for the repair, and it was re installed the very next day on a Friday afternoon. I just want to say thank you to the technicians and the lady in the office for really outstanding and professional service. We had a shocking experience with another supplier and Live Wire came to the rescue. They managed to reuse part of what we had been sold and reside and fix everything. Amazing service, friendly team, fair price. Will definitely use them again

Utterly useless. I contacted Live Wire last Wednesday after an attempted break-in. I was told that the representative for my area would call me back to arrange an appointment. By Friday I had still not received a call so I contacted them again and was told the same thing. It is now a week after my first call and I have still not heard from them. I will take my business elsewhere.
