Loolilocks Koi Farms

The staff is friendly and they are helpful. My kids love visiting the monkey's and birds.

Two tanks of beautiful Koi were all dead or dying. When asked if they were aware to save the other fish. They just responded with "yeah". Its abuse to these beautiful fish. Such a shame that this once prestine Koi Farm is in such a state.

Great nursey as well as decent fish at very good rates.

Staff there are helpful and always there ready to assist. Knowledge about aquarium needs I would rate a 8/10. Some staff doesn't know what your looking for and always ask help of other staff members of they aren't sure. Which is good I guess. Always to make sure. Most of all the staff's helpfulness and service is excellent. Good job and keep it up.

Best collection of fish i have seen.

Nice gem in die jungle. Animals are all healthy and look good. When we were there they had an electrical fault that was a bit scary seeing that the majority of animals are fish, Koi included, but all and all a good experience.

Have been to all Loolilocks stores over the past years. Their livestock is generally very healthy and well fed. Generally when I walk in, nobody offers to assist. However if you ask for help, they will gladly assist. Prices used to be quite good, but has been high as of lately. Had a bad experience last week where I was given the wrong price, had to help catch my own fish, only to be told that he made a mistake while we were at the till to pay. No apology was offered and even an email was not responded to. I'll visit again purely because they are near to my home and have decent livestock. I think customer service needs attention

Nice friendly people. Been let down by electricity problems. Would love to buy fish but could not see anything because there were no lights in the tropical fish tank department.
