They have the best relaxing atmosphere. Away from the normal city buzz and combined with the animal sounds of the petshop under shaded exterior tabling, it definately a quick escape from the rat race. Food is good and service, though slow at times, excellent.
Great play area for the kids, one of the best in the East Rand!! Like any tea garden you have to wait a bit for service but can't complain of good friendly service received. Also great bird cage walkabout. Fun trip for the kids.
Had my daughters 1rst birthday there this weekend. What a let down. The service was terrible. They are unorganised. We had to ask more than once to bring the platters. The waiter was never available. They waited until we were packed up and half way to the car to call us back to come pay a service fee on the platter That my husband went to pay days in advance So now our guest had to stand around in the parking lot waiting for us to go back to settle the service fee on the platters.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Good for family time and lots for kids.
My husband worked here for 6 years, last February we finally made it to south africa to visit, absolutely loved this place such a great time. Amazing service,and food!!! Cant forget the awesome animals...can't wait to go back!
The coffee prices and menu is a bit higher than average.Now once ypu can look past the prices.the birds is very beautiful play area for todlers and small children is of high standard wich includes safty and fun for kids.Then considering this the prices is worth every cent and its good coffee after wich a visit to the pet shop for your pets needs makes this a special place to spend some quality family time
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. The food is average and bland but the waitron staff are totally pathetic and useless. I wouldn't recommend this place because by the time your food arrives, you will probably be dead
Lovely atmosphere, great food and service, big kids play area, perfect mini outing.
The food are well prepared. A good kiddies menu. Reasonable service.
Tranquility at its best, great meal and service. And the kids enjoyed it thoroughly
