Good value for money on sale items

I love this store as it always has stock of the items I would like to purchase, however the staff are extremely rude. No matter what you ask them, in the nicest and most polite manner they respond with an attitude. I prefer going to the one in East rand mall and asking the staff over there to get me items from this branch as they are super sweet, friendly and always happy to help.

The service at this shop is absolutely shocking. I've been a huge Adidas fan my whole life, but after a third terrible experience at this shop, I've decided I'm done with Adidas. I was in the queue with 4 pairs of shoes, waiting to pay, and Fyer about 30 minutes of the lady behind the till having a fat chat with another lady and basically going back and forth doing all her shopping from the till. I eventually asked if I could please pay for my shoes and got a death stare as if I was an intruder in her house. I put my shoes down and left..... Never again.

On Friday the 7th of October i bought 3 pairs of shoes and today when I went to change the shoe I asked the cashier to wrap the shoes nicely and she just laughed at me and called the manager and the manager said that they don’t wrap I have to accept anything I find in the box and than I asked her if adidas doesn’t teach them how to wrap she said no and told me that if I wanted things wrapped I should go and buy at another .she talked to me with a attitude and was very rude.i would like the big boss to look in to this matter they should open the camera.this happened on the 08/10/2022 am 9.30am

Small but you get almost that you need.

This outlet store is one of my favourite Adidas outlet stores. Good range of clothing during sale periods and other times. Friendly and attentive service.
