I purchased a gas cylinder. The gentleman at the gas refill station gave me a crash course and precautions on handling, storing, and transporting my 7kg gas cylinder. He further showed me how to detect and test leaks. I am super grateful for his patience and willingness to ensure my safety and indirectly that of my family.
Terrible experience shopping there every day this week! Staff are nowhere to be found when you do find someone to help you you get taken from one staff member to another. I had to ask for blanking plates and describe what they are five times! Shelves don't have prices on you have to call someone to ask for prices. Out of our 4 visits we never purchased anything. We bought our doors, handles, hinges, and paint elsewhere!
This outlet is huge. Here you can find anything and everything needed for any home improvement. Unless you know this store you will need the help of staff to guide you. What I experienced was that numerous staff members did not know where I could find what I was looking for. Instead I was given a finger pointed into a direction anywhere between north and east. I think Builders management will have to look into this and come up with acceptable solutions given the size of this store. The store is neat, clean and a pleasure to walk around to see what all can be bought. The options are huge!!! Ample parking on the outside. Given the time one can spend inside this place a quick take away shop will benefit some as you do walk around quite a bit and can get thirsty. I will definitely recommend Builders Boksburg but be aware you need time to look around this Warehouse.
Its nearly 2 days now. Builders North rand road has not del my order. The order states delivery the 18.07.2023. I have phone but their customer service is getting no answer. I have asked the manager to call me. Nothing. They cant give me a number for him/her so I can call and they have now moved my delivery to the 31.07.2023. Why would I ask for delivery if I have to wait for a week. It is rude not to get back to your customers!!!!!!!!!!! yvonne kruger
Absolutely fantastic experience. Faith in the plumbing section was incredible. So friendly and helpful. She assisted us in getting what we needed and we were in and out in 5 minutes.
What a huge store... Probably need more than a day and a half to explore the whole warehouse... Was such a fun experience just to see everything that you can't afford they probably have everything you need for anything. Coffee shop made my day, plant based milks making it a vegan friendly experience..
You get a 3 instead of a 5 as your staff in various areas of your staff are sitting and talking to one another. They aren’t interested in helping the customer find a specific item. I’ve had to go and interrupt their very important laughing session, to find someone to help me. Either you don’t have enough staff, or they’re basically pretty darn lazy. Get more training done with people on the floor. Your store is a long way off ideal.
The plants selection was fantastic and found some good things I've been struggling to get hold of. But oh dear, oh dear, the service was shocking! Found garden furniture we wanted and had to wait 45min while they checked if there was stock. I say they, because it took three people. Checkout took another half an hour while trying to arrange delivery and the cashier having to go back into the nursery to check prices multiple times.
Was here today to purchase a few things just wanted to say thank you for the friendly service and advice awesome shopping experience
I have to give 0 stars. I stood infornt of two service people who ignored me. When I used the rating machine to indicate the terrible service, they disabled the alarm and continued to ignore me. Descrimation at the highest level. Do not bother with that store, they don't actually sell anything just a huge display set of products that other Builders branches in other areas sell.
