Terrible service, won't give a quote on the 'phone, eventually sent me a very high quote after 24 hours and me having to call back a few times.. People like these people should not be in business in South Africa. They have no idea how to treat potential customers and their sales rep was abrasive to me to the point of rudeness. NO STARS. Just disappointing.

Probably one of the best products in the market. No lies. But, refuses to give a quote, over the phone. Company policy, email only. End of story. Cheers, will source future project's products,  elsewhere.

I purchased paint on the 07 September 2021 from Specialized Coatings Systems in Boksburg Bartlett and contacted them on the 10 September 2021 to let them know the paint was rejected and again on the 14 September 2021 I went to the office to meet with the Managing Director Mervin Cohen to resolve the matter he asked the sales lady Shanrika Theron if they could re-tint the paint she shook her head and said Yes he instructed one of the guys to load the paint out of my car and then they would re sell and refund me on Monday 20 September 2021 I sent through my bank details for the refund and Shanrika Theron replied saying that they couldn't refund me so I was confused as to why they took the paint back  they couldn't answer me or the letter from my lawyer. I would not recommend business with this company.  Absolutely disgusted by their way of doing business.

Good service on sales. PATHETIC SERVICE when picking up. Have to wait 15 to 20 mins. Only to be told paint is not ready and have to pick up another time.!!

This company does not care about new customers, they have an online enquiry page but don't reply to customers which says alot about the company. Companies like this that disregards people's TIME should not be used, because if you and be disrespectful to my time and ignore my enquiry they will definitely ignore my complaint. Pathetic!
