Scam artists! Con men! Scott & Justin! As most of the other reviews, these guys are crooks. They brought a vehicle in for repairs and never paid us. Its been 3 years now... Best of luck with your business if this is the way you guys do things.
These guys are an absolute scam, I had to pay upfront for my trolley jack and a year later I still haven't received it and every time I call the, they just shipped it the previous day. They even sent me fake courier slips to prove their lie. STAY AWAY.
These Guys are pathetic - con men to the bone. I ordered 2-off Motorcycle Lift Jacks from them five months ago. Promises, excuses and stories continue unabated but still no sign of the Lift Jacks. They have even undertaken to refund me, twice. Obviously not honoured either. STEER CLEAR !
Its a scam, ordered tools from Justin over 6 months ago, lies and excuses, have not received them. The store does not exist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE TOOL GUYZ The 5 star reviews are from the Cox family, don't believe a word of it.
Con artists - I should have read the reviews before I bought from them. Ordered and paid for a coil spring compressor - didn’t arrive. Justin Cox has been promising a refund for the last two weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
These guys are awesome. Got me my order so quickly and at a great price when Poem's couldn't do it for me! Fantastic service all round.
Will NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you want to pay upfront for stock and never receive it!! Phone, email and phone again to get your money back OR the product. 3Months down the line still no success.
Thieves. Do not pay them a cent before you receive your goods. I am 34000 down because of their lip service and empty promises.
Bought a motorcycle lift from Toolguyz. Scott handled the deal and I got sterling service with delivery. I can recommend them.
If I could rate it 0 out of 5 stars I would. I literal bunch of crooks and criminals that will take your money with no intention of supplying anything.
