This shop is definitely one of the best "Safari Outdoor" shops I've visited..... Friendly staff that's VERY enlightened and knowledgeable about their products. Always willing to help and show their stuff & as an added bonus, there's some great coffee upstairs. Thank you
Helpful with anything in store. But when any staff member has to go extra mile, they all fall flat. They have books that they "write your name and number" to get back to you but never does. I'm still waiting for feedback from Dec 2022 as well as 2 other queries in regards to reloading stuff.
This is a good quality outdoor shop with something exclusive at high prices, absolutely a must outdoor shop. The eatery inside, however, has turned to a dismal disaster. It was always great to enjoy a cuppa after shopping, but not anymore, such a pity.

In my experience with safari outdoor boksburg I have seen it were the staff will go above and beyond for the customers, exceeding every expectation every time. I truly believe there is no better gun shop with the qualities of knowledge and customer service.

It’s always great to experience great service, we as a family go here very often. My boys absolutely loves this place and the staff is like babysitters according to my 1 son, because they follow them in the shop and allow them to play with almost all the demo’s. The coffee is also service with a smile always.
