28 November. Update. I received two new batteries after a long wait. Well done. 26 October. Becareful. The batteries sold here don't have a guarantee they have a warranty. They have had mine for 14 days testing them. Batteries are only 5 months old. Still no answer promised one day turn around. The inverter seems to be a problem, too. Staff are not too knowledgeable with DC voltage and amps and the working of inverters and batteries.

Be Very Carefull when purchasing from these people. I have Purchased many Solar Panels & Other items from them over the past few weeks with generally good service, however Check what you get 100%. I received a Broken Solar panel from them that I reported tobthem Immediately. They simply refuse to help as they say I should have checked. Wont be shopping there again soon I guess.

Good reliable and prompt service with a smile and good prices compared to other places where i went shopping and no good advice at these other places.
