I ordered some GWM car parts from Hendrik. From the word go all went smoothly and parts where couriered to me without hassles. The customer care is tops for this business.

I drive a JMC bakkie. H2F not only found me the part I was looking for new faster than the official dealerships but also for less than half the price.  Order placed and part arrived within 24 hours. Walked in and collected within 5 minutes.  The reviews complaining about them not being friendly are trying to compare an auto breaker to a dealership. They aren't rude, they just get to the point.  Definitely recommend.

I only give a two star rating as i did not bought anything from hard 2 find spares myself but what i'f heard from other people you people are realy not to bad at all so yes i will come and visit your people myself to find out if it is true

Slow to deliver parts. End of the day we have to canceled deal. And when supply not right model. Want to send back they close down.wont take change ever lost to much.

I will always recommend them but the light hair gentleman not to friendly. But if you need something and you find it there then the prices are reasonable.

I've always dealt with Juan. Always friendly, and puts in effort to get you what you want, replies as soon as he gets the parts and keeps you updated, if i can't fetch parts he does postnet same day.. Great service, keep it up Juan...

They are expensive and not too friendly at all. The way they operate makes one feel like a criminal. Definitely not a pleasant environment to shop in.

Not very helpful. Take your chance when buying from here.
