The staff at the tills USED to be friendly and accommodating BUT it has changed. They are unfriendly and they do you a favour, to do your sale. It's your lucky day if you have a friendly cashier. Very disappointing as this Pick and Pay is one retailer that stand out above the rest. Pity about the attitude of the staff. Been buying there for many years and have never had to return a article or fresh produce because of inferior quality. The bakery is outstanding as the products are fresh and tasty. In my opinion, the best grocery store on the East Rand although not always the cheapest. If you want quality and value, then this is the store to visit.

The bakery deserves to be a separate entity. Their cakes are best, and have been so over the past 5 years since I started buying. Recently tried their chocolate muffin, yoh taste better than the one you buy at mug n bean and it is cheaper, way cheaper, value for money. I wish I worked closer to it
My shopping experience at PnP Towers is +- 16 years. They have a Restaurant outlet which we visit occasionally. Nice Bakery with a large selection of confectionaries. It's own Butchery and the normal Super Market stuff, at times commodities are scarce.
Till supervisor was very rude and shouted at the cashier in front of me. I think this is very unprofessional and embarrassing for the cashier. The management provide proper training for the staff on communication.
Always friendly staff and the shop is never too full to feel like you just want to leave .
Open, spacious and clean. Wide aisles making your shopping experience a breeze. Bakery has the most delicious array of everything a sweet tooth could desire. Friendly cashiers are the perfect way to end the shop no matter how big or small.

The sell the best cakes ever, i bought Oreo cake for my daughter and my favourite is chocolate mousse cake
