You will use this business to your own detriment!! Sent washing machine in, came back with more repairs. Get the idea machine is damaged on purpose in order for them to generate more repairs which they then will "fix"!! Does not deserve the one star!!
We have waited nearly 4 months for our parts. They are vague in the extreme and full of stories. Today was to be the day for the service and replacement parts to happen. But, NO. More stories and excuses.
Utterly hopeless and unreliable... shocking. Busi and Bheki tried to help me and for that I give 1 star.
Not good service repaired my gas stove took almost three weeks and its still not working. Phoned numerous times and still waiting
Weeks to replace stove element..work still not done as prommised
