Shocking customer service. I had to keep on calling them to find out when my parcel will be delivered after I was told to expect it within that week. After 3 weeks still no delivery. The delivery company told me today that Lumay put the address down as Pretoria iso Durban. This after the address was confirmed twice. I asked the owner to call me and I am still waiting
My experience with the Lu-May team was incredible! from ordering online, to making order adjustments to arranging earlier courier services, the team were on top of things at every step! The best! I have been looking for a place like this for my whole life! The range is stunning and service is very friendly and helpful. Luane has such an eye for detail and is a very talents seamstress! Annelien was super helpful and so friendly, she really tries to get to know you to help you find what you like. I am very happy with my swimming costumes.
I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to support this bussiness. I had a personal request and they went above and beyond immediately! Customer service like this is unheard of, I can really tell they enjoy what they do and I will without a doubt be making another purchase in the future!
