Ludwich's Pine and Decor

Great shop for furniture. Have anything made to your specs and colour or go and see what is for sale in store - they also work with Oregon pine. The prices are very reasonable and it is not chipboard!! I have had pine shelves made for my big DVD collection and it is perfect. You can have it finished in various ways - varnished, raw wood or painted with chalk paint effects or solid. They also sell some household goods, cleaning and smellies and chalk paint. Outside the shop is a box with smaller wood off-cuts for the public to help themselves to I have used these to experiment with chalk paint effects. Very , very nice, friendly owner and workers. Always ready to oblige and assist. They have a bakkie and deliver as well.

Absolutely appalling. I have been waiting for almost 2 years for my dressing table mirror and it has yet to arrive. I've been calling to receive word on the mirror and apparently the store warehouse STILL NEEDS TO MAKE IT!!! Very disappointing. If I could give a negative rating I would. I really hope they see this and I get the mirror before the end of the month.

The place for all your pine furniture needs. Solid SA pine that will last a lifetime. So much better than the composites mixed with paper that have flooded our market from the East

I have been to Ludwichs twice now,and on both occasions the staff were friendly and very helpfull. They are knowledgeable to your needs. I would recommend this shop to all who are looking for pine furniture.

Bad experience - we called to confirm closing time, we get to Edenvale, only to find they moved out on Tuesday, then they're not answering their phone - you would think have the decency to let customers they've moved and where to.

The shop is no longer there
