Quality workmanship and service

Not a trust worthy and honorable company. Firstly you make a web enquiry they day they they respond within 24 hours they don't, you have to get for an appointment. An appointment was made with a consultant Slate to prepare a quote and design for me at 5pm today Friday 20 January, at 3h15 he calls to say can we have a quick appointment and do measurements despite the fact that when the appointment was Slate mentioned they prepare the 3d design and quote on site and if you accept the quote there is a substantial discount. 20 minutes before the appointment I received a message that he has to cancel as there is a serious storm and his car wipers are not working. Obviously he never had an intention to come out. No customer delight. He could have made arrangements for Saturday. The worst of all is I called to speak to a senior manager which staff would not allow to speak to, when asked for a contact number for a manager I was told the staff are not allowed to give managers DETAILS and numbers. I would not recommend this company they are just full of false promises.

We didn't go past the first "appointment " . Consultant didn't pitch and no word or apology for wasting my time. Based on the reviews I'm seeing I'm better off never having done business with them.

Bought a kitchen from these so called “quality” manufacturers and paid extra for the PVC edging which the salesperson said would be better at preventing water issues only to find out after six months of use two doors are completely trashed. The manager didn’t care and still insisted they made a quality product. What a joke. My previous kitchen lasted over ten years. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!! Just to edit this review. Phoned your company as per your request to ask why my name was not in your system as a client and lo and behold the lady found me within a minute. Obviously you didn’t check hard enough and were hoping to debunk the review as malicious. I never stated that the edging was going to make the doors waterproof only that the salesperson implied it would help with the issue!

If you want your kitchen dreams to turn into a nightmare then use Weizter Kitchens Boksburg. Once you meet with them to give you a quote, they don't listent to what you want as everthing that you want is too expensive....... they don't give you the prices they only say it's very expensive. Also double check if they have all things included e.g. vegetable rack as you will tell them you want one but in the end it won't be their and it will be your own problem. They demand full payment prior to the truck being offloaded. Then after that anything that you are unhappy with is your own problem. If they delivered something wrong then it's also your own problem. They did not deliver one door handle and it's our own problem once again. The glass rack that they delivered was too big and didn't fit into the cuboard. We had to take it too be cut somewhere else. These were only a few things we weren't happy with. Doesn't help to make contact with them they just ignore you........ There is no customer service at all. Wished I had read hello peter as the complaints are more that the people that is actally happy.

While I cannot judge the quality of their workmanship this is due to their consultation being an arduous experience which terminated our business relationship. The consultation lasted nearly 4 hours with the consultant designing the kitchen at our premises, occosionally asking for and promptly ignoring our input or telling us it was too expensive which logic dictated it would not be. In addition to ignoring us and taking up our time the consultant quoted an exorbitant price which he immediately discounted by 60 percent. Even the "discounted" price was far higher than our other quotes received. Additionally the quote was only valid for 24 hours and they expected us to accept the quotation before they left. The final insult to injury there was a large gap 1.4m in our kitchen design as adding cupboards there in that spot would look stupid...as if a massive gap in kitchen cupboards looked that amazing. To conclude bad service, arrogant attitude, poor design, exorbitant prices, using my home as their office and ignoring our input at every single opportunity.
