The food is always on time and served warm. The staff are usually efficient and I love that they operate during loadshedding as well. The atmosphere is inside the eatery, not really in the drive through Food: 5/5

I am not happy with the service that I received. I had to wait 2 hours for 8 ice creams and 3 happy meals. They continued serving other customers after they took my slip to process the order. The staff didn't have the decency to apologize for their service. I'm not happy at all. They continued lying about their communication to their customers. I'm highly disappointed, 2 hours waiting.
I received the worst service from lesego protea glen mall...I bought a foldover and was given a breakfast wrap I then had to wait for my oder in the parking lot as the order was made via drive through...the agent assisting me was kind and friendly and brought the food to my car ...I them made him aware of what I wanted and what I had received he then politely apologized and went in the restaurant to try and exchange my oder which I didn't mind topping up as the fold over was higher in price as compared to wrap...when he came back he said unfortunately the supervisor said they couldn't do the exchange and I had to buy the foldover again separately....the supervisor never came to explain this to me and sent the agent...and as a supervisor you don't send agents to do your dirty work to customers...I drove a distance to come and enjoy a foldover early in the morning but ended up spending more money because of a supervisor that didn't want to exchange an oder complaining about his or her stock running out like I'm not a customer...very very poor service from protea glen McDonald's from a supervisor WOW HOW APPALLING... Thank you lesego for making me spend more money because you don't want to loose stock or deal with the admin of exchanging food for a customer that drove so far to come and buy food from your shop...I guess that's why McDonald's made you a supervisor
The service was amazing. I love their new ordering system which makes things easier and lines shorter
The service here is terrible had to wait close to 45 minutes for your order . They don't even have the decency to apologize and they tell you that the food is ready but they call out the order number . I'm very unhappy with the service. Customers are complaining left and right about their orders .
This McD should just close down, bought food here twice and the quality was so bad. The chips were stale, the orange juice was way too diluted. I despise that they serve such quality of food in a black community. They wouldn’t serve such food in the North or South.
This is thee worst McDonald's I've been to. Firsty You wait 30 minutes for your food . There's always something wrong with the order. One time we got there and ordered and paid for food on the self service thing. When we got to the counter we were told they don't have medium sized cups and they forgot to update the system. 2 days ago I went to the deive through for a burger and asked them not to put tomato in it coz I'm allergic, the slip said no tomato only to get home and find a tomato in my burger. I had to give it away and have chips for dinner.
My advice; check before you drive off. My last purchase included 3 foldovers but when got home I realized I was only given 2.Food: 3/5
Received the worst service ever from Protea Glen McDonalds. I waited 30 minutes for my sit-in order while people ordering take outs were prioritised first and the drive through was running smoothly. I’m never coming here again.
