Nice McDonald's location in Pretoria Town. Very large with plenty of parking spaces and a drive through. It is also very large and nice inside with many different types of seats for small and large groups. There are places that are quieter too for those meeting or working. You'll also find charging sockets on virtually all of the seats by the walls. The food and service is okay, but in-store service is slower than the drive through.
Nice, I got Happy meals for my kids. I would really appreciate that books are always available rather than toys. Readers are leaders!Food: 5/5
So I ordered regular chilli cheese fries and I didn’t know they would be so small however I was not bothered and I wanted to order by the till. I spoke to the guy with a blonde hair cut who was taking out orders but he was really rude, spoke to me with an attitude and continues to communicate with me using hand gestures. That’s bad customer service, I do not appreciate how he spoke to me when all I wanted to do is order extra fries by the till and if that is not how it works then he could have explained to me that I have to order by the self service machine not give me an attitude and communicate with hand gestures.Even worse he walked away while I was talking to him.If these are the kind of people you guys employ to interact with customers then that’s definitely a bad public image you putting out there for your franchise. This happened around 19:00-19:20 and exactly on the 15/06/2023
Never have milkshake and closed at night, although it says 24/7 in big bright signage...Food: 1/5
I ordered share box meal,only to find out when i get home that there is only 3 burgers and 1 is missing ,when i called the manager who was working she didn't even apologize she just said how ! And that i should bring the order back . Mind you its late and i left my kids all alone just to drive there and when i got there i was not assisted ,she was ignoring my query. Im honest disappointed about the service i got . I'M waiting for my refund. Hope it wont take long .

may you please improve on your mcflurry ice-cream it doesn't taste nice,you can tell it's not well mixed,everytime i buy it..I have to regret buying it..it's not creamy it's dull nje like water mixed with sugar.. please improve
Pleasant and comfortable, the place is very good, safe and clean and the workers are good the food is up to standard. I spent more than one hour because my family loved to be there. My kids enjoyed our visit to the place. To conclude, we greatly enjoyed our time there.
Staff is always willing to help with great customer service skills. We miss Nomsa a lot there she was the best.
Second time visiting this McDonald's, their service is good and the staff is always helpful, although today, they forgot to bring my order to my table , things like this can happen Parking: There is about 30 parking lots
