Good food and the service is good and fast. The place is clean and has a well built children’s playing area.
It was very lovely we had a kiddies party there and the kids really loved everything the playing place and the food everything was absolutely fantastic.

I felt unsafe while in your premises. I do not understand why and how it is acceptable for McDonald's Hillbrow for the vagrantsabonyaope to chill inside the shop like that. I'll understand if maybe they were buying but they weren't. The whole time I was there they were only asking for loose change and food. One is supposed to be relaxed when enjoying their meal, for me it was the opposite. I felt exposed and vulnerable so much that I couldn't wait to get my order and leave.

Burgers are very dry no sauce at all, there's only one prickle in a whole burger
Great but too crowded. Mac Donald should expand in that area
I'm truly disappointed that it has come to a point where I have to write a bad review. this is out of my nature because I understand that we are all human and people make mistake. However, to make the same mistake 4 times to the same person is surely a sign of neglect. 4 times on different occasions I have ordered a double chilli cheese meal from Hillbrow Macdonald's and 4 times they have given me the wrong order, giving me some tomato sauced burger. Unfortunately for them I always open my burger before biting into it. 4 times I had to take it back to exchange it for the right order. I guess its my fault for believing that the next time they would get my order right. Am I going to have to open my burger in store before they get my order right?
