I was on a drive thru were I ordered new Quater deluxe for R 49.95 then cashier said to me park your car they will bring the order to you . All the cars at parking got their orders even those made orders after got what they ordered. I waited with my son inside the car about an hour and my son said to me "Dad got and take your money clearly this people forgotten about us . I bought my son the burger because he was hungry but to waited that long . We waived our hand to the cashier at Drive Thru and the lady left to take the orders and came to ask us that we didn't get our order that is when she went to ask them about our order . She had to wait for our order to be made and bring it to us and she said sorry about the incident but that was not the first time for me to expirence that at same outlet. This was second time happening to me . Parking: The parking is close to a cashier and were you get your order. Which they could have seeing us that we didn't get our order.
The food was delicious But the was one staff member how was so rude while I was placing order
Friendly service but this is the slowest Macdonald's in Gauteng. Their extremely slow service is unmatched, all the time. Do not go there if you are in a hurry! If it wasn't for the friendly service, they would definitely get a one-star rating.
The place I side is horrible!!!! Service was horrible!!! I wanted Ice cream and as per normal nothing was working!!! I waited almost 20 min for one burger and fries!!! The ordering machine was broken. Wires hanging from the roof and all TV's broken!!! No order in place at all. My fries were old and cold. My husband's burger was also horrible and the wrong order. Horrible, horrible!!
Iyoh, in the morning only 2 people are on duty, the 1 who takes your orders and the 1 who prepares it. You will wait more then 10min for your order. Tobe safe, especially if you're going to work and want to grab breakfast, rather be 30minutes early.Food: 4/5
Horrible service, no one even at the front counter, place is filthy, tomato sauce all over the tables, and didnt even have change for us. Waited forever to get to the counter and they still got the order wrong
The service I received was of standard level. Only recommendation is this branch needs to ensure that their toilets are regularly cleaned and inspected.
I was at mc donalds Vereeniging when I asked the new pregnant woman to assist me order my food then she ordered the wrong burger for me. As I tried talking to her she gave me an attitude and then walked past me never resolved the issue looked at me as if i was some stinking piece of ….
The service sucks. Each time I come here the experience is worse than the previous time. Get better please.
Worst experience at a drive through. This is really disappointing for a huge franchise like McDonalds. Apart from waiting for over 30 mins, there’s no security to stop beggers from harassing you, wait next to the intercom for 10mins before anyone takes your order, get told that they cannot give you a receipt because there’s no paper and then i find that i get a burger short even after asking the lady to make sure. Really poor. If the service was up to standard, this restaurant will do much better.
