Mach1 is the best flying school in JNB for all nationalities. I personally have completed my ab-initio CPL with ME / /IR from the school. In addition, did MCC and UPRT training. Highly qualified/ professional instructors plus the school's SOP for students with regards to flying and safety in air & ground makes the school unique and helps each students act diligently while undergoing the course. South Africa in general is one of the cheapest country to pursue CPL training. Blue Skies and Happy Landings!

Definitely the best school in South Africa!!!! I would highly recommend this school to anyone wishing to pursue a career in aviation. Without doubt! The thing about Mach1 is that they care for the students. All the instructors are amazing! Friendly staff, outstanding instructors! The instructor-student relationship is excellent: they make you feel at ease and relaxed so that you can give your best shot. They push you to finish, given you do your part of the job. The fly-away experience was one of the best and most enjoyable moment in my training: we went to almost everywhere in South Africa. I will miss those moments spent at Mach1. I am Mach 1 latest CPL holder ,had truly experience an amazing training environment, knowledgeable instructors and definitely a school that cares of your progress and Financial situation. Been in aviation Industry previously , I can vouch that this Academy works in not only training one to obtain an excellent pilot skills but working in developing the personality traits required of a Pilot. I had the privilege been trained by Captain Yahia, from the beginning to the Instrument part of my training and believe me , he is intelligent, procedural and believes in you when you don't! This type of Instructors are what a student need and required to not only learn from mistake but not be afraid to even make one to begin with because in flying, it all about learning with the experiences. He was the one build my confidences in Flying when I wasn't feeling my best I cant never thank him enough! I then had Captain Daniel for my Multi Engine training , a CFI of the school , a humble and kind person. Always calm and he has so many tips and ways to make flying fun and easy! Lee and Mubarak, both owners of the school are two great human beings and very helpful. I can't even think of one situation that I wasn't assisted or advised by this two incredible people. Thank you Mach 1 and the rest of instructors of the academy which greets you kindly everytime you see them, such a pleasure being trained by them.
