Maddison Bakery is a artisan Mobile bakery we use only stoneground flour and we try and keep our products as free from GMO's as possible.
We believe that baking is a art form and that you must have a passion for what you do! You can find this in the way we present and produce our breads, using age old baking techniques with different flavor profiles. Such as Preserved fig and mature cheddar bread/ blueberry & white chocolate croissants. We believe that a Family atmosphere is as important as the product ,as you will experience when you visit our stall. The bakery is named after my Daughter Maddison that was born late January 2013. We now officially have 3 generations involved in our business! We have enjoyed a steady following since our inception in June 2013 and are hopeing to extend our horizons even further in 2014!
