wish it was possible to give more than 5 star review. The staff that came to install the shading for our koi pond was fantastic. Without me even asking, they used plastic to cover pond while installing so no dirt gets into pond. well done to a wonderful team.

I am blown away by the excellent and quality service received from Madiba Bays Shades when they put up our patio cover. They were super efficient, the most cost effective and paid attention to the finest of details, like painting the silver screws to match the bronze pillars. Well done to all involved, I am so very happy.

I was referred to this business by a trusted acquaintance and I made a mistake by trusting that they were professional and could do a proper job. However, I've learned the hard way, as they are not professional, never respond to emails, and most importantly they cannot follow instructions. They've left me with a patio cover that does not talk to any of the specifications that we gave Shaun. He doesn't pay attention to detail and is full of empty promises. I've been waiting for two months now for him to attend to the raised issue, and resolve it but it doesn't look like it will happen. I regret paying them all the money before I could see the job done. They do not even deserve a single star.
