A really great getaway plenty activities to keep family busy. Would like to go back in summer to enjoy all the pools but heated pool was amazing . Tennis, putt putt, paddel court, canoes, squash, pools and daily activities arranged. A good family getaway.Rooms: 5/5
Amazing scenery we had such a nice well deserved time out the staff is very friendly and welcoming Improvements would be the cleaning services we got here early and was told we can’t check in because they still cleaning we still found the cleaning lady at the unit before 10am next day the cleaning services were at the unit and we were still bathing and preparing to check out. In overall everything was perfect and will call again
I highly recommend staying at Magalies Park for a weekend breakaway. We have stayed over in various units throughout the years, and our experiences have always been positive. The rooms are clean and everything is well maintained and in perfect working condition. The resort offers multiple heated pools and entertainment. We absolutely loved the wildlife that casually walked around, like different species of deer, monkeys, and more.
Lovely resort with lots to do for all ages. Warm indoor pool, and outdoor pools. Golf course, different antelope to be seen. Restaurant well priced and good meals. Under floor heating in houses, TV with limited stations, aircon and fireplace in lounge. Staff very friendly
It is always a great experience at the resort. I would highly recommend the 2 sleeper hotel for a luxurious getaway with your partner. A bonus is your own private jacuzzi but do watch out for the monkeys. They’ve also introduced a Padel tennis court which is amazing! A highly recommended resort.
Beautiful place to have a small getaway with friends and family. The service here is good-staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and neat. There are a good amount of activities to do here, and majority are kid-friendly.Rooms: 5/5

We had so much fun . Went on a canoe for the first time and I came back a pro. Got a card for R150 and some of the activities are free. We even enjoyed the sunset on an informative boat cruise . My partner and I decided to pay for a day visit after checking out of the chalet because we couldn't get enough of the place. The kitchen has everything you need and the chalet was clean.
It was a great place to visit. The resort and rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the entertainment was great. There's lots to do and see there. Rooms: Clean and well looked after Walkability: Easy and enjoyable walks, great views
I came here with my family and friends for the weekend. Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend so we didn't get to do much. The place we stayed was very clean and reasonably spacious. There is a lot of activities to do, even an indoor pool. My only complaint is that we are suppose to checkout AND leave the resort by 10am. I don't really see why we can't just checkout and still remain within the resort and use their facilities. If payment was the issue, I don't mind paying extra to be able to stay within the resort for the rest of the day after checkout. Edit: Thank you for responding. My friends came here so many times and were never informed about it at reception. We were given a note to leave the resort latest 10:30am. We will definitely be back and I will show this review and your response if we are forced to leave by 10:30am. Thank you very much!
