What is the value in trying to evaluate an institution like a court. For criminals it bear no good fortune, so that opinion will be skewed. The remainder are the public sector. I am glad some could rate it 4 stars. Not my experience. Not my point of reference when I have been a civil servant for 10 years in the Justice department, I know how we went from a prestigious institution to a slump master facility. Many empty hallways witnessing the ineffectiveness it now represents. Faith and hope lost in what was once the torch bearer for justice. Incompetence now dripping like slime from the walls. Phones unanswered, the first sign of impeding implosion. An implosion that never comes, just a slow meltdown.
I contacted the Court today from 08:45 and they kept transferring me and tried four times and apparently I was passing through the lady who said she is at Regional not high court. As I was trying to get the direct line she cutted the phone ,and also tried again after that she uttered insulting words saying ngijwayela kabi.
Thx to prosecuter for making life a bit easy at the court
