This store is lying to its customers. They adjust the colour of cheaper models to make the more expensive models look like it's much better. On the pictures here it's clear that the cheaper model's saturation is set much lower.  This has to be against the consumer protection act in some shape or form. I hope other prudent customers see the same as I did and rather buy from a different store that does not lie to its customers.

Customer Service is awful and the Makro card system is inconvenient, We had stand in a qeue for half an hour just to be told you need a Makro card for any purchase, atleast a lady lended her card for us otherwise we wasted alot of time, and when we tried exiting we were told to go to a different exit where we had to stand in another qeue for even longer

Fast moving queue, good deals, my only issue is that they seem to run out of stock on weekends in the toiletries section.  Variety of sensodyne, kotex, sanex lines is limited.

Given a chance Marko can actually stock Mars  Elon and his will have to access it from them, they have everything. True definition of a mart in South Africa. Staff members here are just fantastic, they are not "tired"

Makro has a great selection of electronics.  Sizwe  was an extremely friendly,  knowledgeable and helpful salesman! Will definitely recommend him of you are looking to buy electronics.

Great place to shop as they have a really large selection of most products. Shelves are fully stocked and there are enough helpful staff.

I have placed an order on the 25th of July, according to the policies it will take 7-10 working days.  I still have not recieved my order and its been 20 working days today!

Kevin on Telesales, the guy is so rude when I wanted assistance, on my order that I paid...and He always keep on hanging off my calls, when I try to say I already paid and sent the quotation and proof of payment 4 days back....  The person who is friendly is Gugu and the lady on switch board. Gugu is the one who is helping me with the order...

This is a huge store with anything from groceries, house ware, hardware, stationary, computers, hi fi systems, tv's and items for your garden, office, camping etc. This is one stop shopping on extreme level.
