Malembe Guest House

I slept at 3 of these guest houses & each one was a different kind of BAD, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Firstly the staff at Tihosi Evuxakeni & the one next to Shimati Engen is unprofessional, the sheets were filthy & torn, shower drains need urgent attention. I don't even know how the owner keeps track of guests who pay cash because there's no record of it, the guy just put it in his pocket.

Our team had stayed there for 4 nights, and extended for another 2. We had paid for 4 nights in full, and they did not send invoice when requested for the extension payment to be made, and then they proceeded to take away the drivers car keys until payment was made. Shocking customer service. We had also stayed there earlier this year, paid in full, so there was no reason to trust that we would not pay - we are a reputable company. We will never use this guest house again.

Nice place but the air-conditioning not placed well because it was suppose to face the bedding and the mosquitoes had a dinner on me

I slept here most of the time when I was attending my project briefing meetings, is not far from beer chilling places and is safe.Rooms: 3/5

The place is so boring,the room is very dirty with lot of moskitos.The tv does not have a remote,if you want to change a chanel you must wake up and change it on the tv.
